These terms govern your use of the Midwest Battle Series website, tournament-management services and optional text-alert program. By using the website, you agree to these terms.

Tournament information

Schedules, court assignments, brackets, results, prize information and other event details may change. Tournament directors retain authority over event operations, eligibility, scoring corrections, forfeits, disputes and final placements under the published event rules.

Participant responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate registration information, follow event and venue rules, behave respectfully and promptly report errors in scores or participant information. You are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for you.

Optional SMS program

By actively selecting the SMS-consent checkbox and submitting your mobile number, you agree to receive tournament-related text messages from Midwest Battle Series. Messages may include registration confirmations, check-in reminders, court assignments, match alerts, schedule changes and venue notices.

• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.
• Reply HELP for assistance.
• Consent is not a condition of registration, participation or purchase.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message. You may opt in again by completing the text-alert form.

Payments and refunds

When an event charges an entry fee, its registration page or organizer will state the applicable payment and refund rules. Unless the event states otherwise, payment does not guarantee participation when eligibility requirements are not met.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with tournament operations, attempt unauthorized administrative access, submit false information or use participant information for unsolicited communication.

Availability and disclaimers

The website and alerts are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every message will arrive before an event action. Participants remain responsible for checking posted schedules and listening for on-site announcements.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Midwest Battle Series is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website, delayed messages, schedule changes or participation in an event.

Changes

We may update these terms as the platform and tournament offerings change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
