We may collect information you provide when registering for a tournament or text alerts, including your name, mobile number, email address, team information, DUPR identifier, registration details and tournament results. We may also collect limited technical information needed to operate and secure the website.
How we use information
We use information to administer events, confirm registrations, operate pools and brackets, communicate court assignments and schedule changes, maintain results, provide participant support and improve tournament operations.
SMS and mobile information
If you actively opt in, Midwest Battle Series may send tournament-related text messages such as registration confirmations, check-in reminders, court assignments, match alerts, schedule changes and venue notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties except service providers that help deliver the messaging service, and only as necessary to provide that service.
